Ladies Man

I just had to share these pictures with everyone. You can really see those two bottom teeth. It is hard to believe that my baby is getting teeth. He is really turning out to be a little person. I believe that these are the cutiest pictures that I have taken in a long time. Enjoy.

School Time

It is hard to believe that school is around the corner. Today was my first day and the kids come Friday. It has been along time since March. I do have some Ethan news. Sunday (my birthday) he got 2 teeth! You can hardly see them, but they have broken the gum. I cannot wait to start taking pictures with those pearly whites in the picture. Got Milk?

I had to share these pictures with everyone. They are gross and cute at the same time. I have started Ethan on cereal and his first reaction was not that great. Although we have been doing this for a week now, his reaction is much the same. He would rather play in the cereal bowl or bite on the spoon.

Moving Day!

Moving day has come and gone. I will be sending out postcards to everyone with our new information on it. So watch your mailboxes. I have posted a picture of our new house and the moving truck with all our stuff. Our new house has a few finishing touches that still need to be done such as the front door and pole are not the correct color and we need landscaping. We are eager to have visitors, so please make plans to come over.

I have feet?

Just wanted to share a few pictures of Ethan discovering his feet. I think that we were more excited than he was. For the last several days we were sure that this was going to be his next "trick", and tonight it finally happened. He can grab at his toes in conjunction with a roll. I am sure the toes will be in the mouth as soon as he figures that out. Hopefully rolling over will be the next "trick". I truly believe that Ethan knows what a camera is because he refuses to cooperate when he sees it in my hand, so the pictures are not that great, but you can get the picture.

3 month pictures

Just wanted to share some of Ethan's 3 month pictures with everyone. Included is one with him and his friend Jacob.

Ethan's Adoption is FINAL!

Adopting Ethan has been a life changing for all of us. Jeremy and I met our little Ethan when he was 11 days old. We spend almost 3 weeks in Orlando with Ethan waiting for the clearance to bring him back to Louisiana. We started to feel that we lived in Florida. We were luckly that we were able to stay in a beautiful home of my parents friends. I am not sure how we will ever repay them. Not only did they help us with Ethan's care, they housed, feed, and provided transportation for us (not to mention emotional support and baby things) for almost 3 weeks. They even got up at 4:30am to bring us to the airport. We hope to one day get a sibling for Ethan, but for right now it is just the three of us. We finalized Ethan's adoption today (June 13th). We are excited that the home visits, paper work and red tape are finally over (so we think) but most of all, we are happy to have our little man.

New Blogger

As many of you may know, Jeremy, Ethan, and I are moving. I have set up this blogger up for our many friends and family to keep up with us. My friend Amy got me hooked on her blogger, so I figured that this would be a great way to keep in touch and for everyone to see how our little man is growing.
